The guy who helped the attorney.
For example, when he's talking to his rapist friend in jail, he's told he didn't witness a rape. The guy says "Yes, I did". Not "You know I did", or "What was it, then?", or just nodding his head. It's almost like he had to think about it, and could've been swayed, just because he's his friend. -

Kenneth was directly expressing what he knew was his own truth. He wanted to have loyalty to his friend, but he knew it was in fact a rape and gave a straight forward answer.
Heck, he was the only one that had the balls to report it, which by then, he had already sold out his friend due to the crime he had just witnessed. Anything that came after, was just consequence of what could be considered snitching by his rapist friend, but his conscience weighed on him more.
It was a disgusting act, performed by a bunch of disgusting pigs.
