Ever since I was small, I always felt that guy sounded like such a weirdo (bordering on a ******) the way he says the "Whoa" line when opening the bottle of booze (champaign?) in the first part. The one who is involved with Beverly Marsh.
Who is he? Can't find him in the credits.
But he sounds like a major goof/weirdo!
Shaggy brown hair, unshaven, and stands at only 5'10''. Wears a tattered US Army jacket. Likes jokes. Nice guy, need something? Ask. -

Yeah he’s more monstrous in the book, he follows Beverly to Derry where he’s brainwashed by Pennywise into bringing Bill’s wife to It. Then he dies of shock after seeing It’s true form.
