so, this was the first time he had driven an eletric vehicle, and he confused the pedals, and lost control of the vehicle for 6 seconds killing 1 person and in seriously hurting 2 others.
I know nothing about driving at all and do not know the difference between an eletric vehicle and a regular one ( how the pedals are laid out I mean ) is it a HARD mistake to make or did the driver get ****ed over by the law because it was a brown person he killed?? -

The driver got sentenced harshly because he isn't rich.
Be rich and you can mow down as many people as you want and face no legal consequences for it.
