cleared of the molestation charges. He was convicted on Oct. 31 2007 of two counts of sexual assault on a minor and acquitted on one count. He later pleaded guilty to cocaine possession.

The reason he's not allowed to act as Don Vito is because the defense said that's what he was doing at the time he touched those two little girls. Since that's the type of thing his character tries to do, the judge made that a stipulation of his sentence.
