Lol. You're the same guy who thought "impugnity" was a word, edited it and pretend it never happened. -

I was enjoying it until Daniel Craig showed up. The first movie I found wildly mediocre, the second I gave up on quickly as it was doing nothing for me, but this one I found interesting with the acting talent involved - particularly Andrew Scott who's always excellent.
Then Daniel Craig showed up chewing the scenery and I zoned out. This series just isn't very good and the praise it gets is misguided.
It doesn't help that I just find Craig's character dull - TV/film detectives should be full of charisma and brilliance (Sherlock, Poirot et al) or the downtrodden but charming every day man (Tom Barnaby, Mike Shepherd etc).
This for me is tedious and just doesn't work.

It's a Netflix movie.
That should tell you it's crap automatically. It's not a matter of whether it's woke or not. It's produced by a streaming giant. They only make crap. It's not even produced by a real film company. It's produced by a streaming service. They don't have a clue about filmmaking and never did.
You are misdirecting your criticism at the film being 'woke'. It's just a garbage movie. Woke or not. If it wasn't woke, it'd still SUCK.
Why? Because it's just another crappy Netflix produced series. All of these series are crap. They are designed to get famous celebrities on screen to look good. There is no plot.
You think if they re-cast it with a 100% white cast, this sleazily produced Netflix slop would be any better? The script would still suck. The direction would still suck. And the performances would still be uninspired.

It’s actually an alright murder mystery, certainly better than the godawful Glass Onion, but the issue under discussion here is Woke.
Woke must always be called out since it is the cancer that has destroyed movies, and it’s imperative to warn people about it before they fund it and/or waste their time on it.
