They actually pasted together clips from his podcasts to make a faux endorsement for Kamala and aired it! All of those ringing words weren't even about Kamala, but he was speaking about Gabbard, yet the MSM twisted it to make it sound like Rogan was speaking about Harris. It isn't the first time Rogan has been targeted either. This is a huge lawsuit and it's going to interesting watching it unfold. They outright lied and fabricated a public commercial.
