She's basing it on the fact that the 1% usually get away with things like murder and rape. Trump has already been found guilty of sexually assaulting a woman. What was his punishment? A small fine. He suffered no political or financial consequences for his crime. His followers didn't even seem to care, or they wrote it off as "fake news", and they'll do the same with the Epstein files.

Democrats have no problem with Biden molesting kids and didnt care when Clinton raped an intern while President and married. Obama deported more immigrants than any other President and dems didnt protest. 81 million people voted for a guy that likes when kids bounce on his lap. His followers didnt even seem to care and said it was ok for an old man to like kids. Clinton was also friends with Epstein and no one cares and both Bill and Hill refused to testify before Congress. So it seems that democrats can get away with more stuff than republicans.

Yes, because it makes a big difference. To be found guilty you have actually prove it, in a civil court there's essentially zero burden of proof. Doesn't matter that her story has zero consistency or that the dress she claimed to be wearing didn't come out until like 10 years later, or that she was openly a fan of Trump on social media for years and years after all the way up until she was convinced to take him to court for it, and fact that that the judge blocked the defense from showing the jury, doesn't matter that the entire scenario she described is an exact plot of an episode of Law and Order. No, all you had to do was get a judge who disliked him to sway it, and the judge even said he finds the allegations credible simply because of that leaked video where Trump said grab them by the pussy. That's it.
