I wanted to borrow £200 from my mum and my dad gave me £150 on her behalf. I paid back £350 to my dad , so does that mean I'm owed £150?

dude, this is not dignified in the least, hitting up the parents for funds.
you were negative 350 to father? this was owed to him and him alone, right? when you paid him the 350, you were now at zero with him.
you asked your mother for 200, and your father dumped a miserly 150 " on her behalf" in your lap.
He owes you 50
and you are currently negative 150 to him and finally be minus 200 if and when he makes you whole, "on her behalf" with the missing 50 -

It's not that uncommon. In fact most of the richest people on the planet started with their parent's money. Elon, Bill Gates, Zuckerberg, Bezos, etc.
