Fuku
iraptor was a medium-sized, carnivorous theropod dinosaur from the Early Cretaceous period, living in what is now Japan, and named "thief of Fukui". Initially mistaken for a dromaeosaur (raptor) due to a large hand claw, it's now classified as a megaraptoran, related to allosaurs, and was a powerful predator with sharp teeth and large hand talons. Fossils, including those of juveniles, were found in the Kitadani Formation, and the species is known from multiple specimens, making it Japan's most complete theropod find.
