Oh bullshit. Most of them would trade it for our system. There is a reason why 9 of the world's top 10 hospitals are American.
There is quality, affordability & availability. You can only ever have 2.
If you pick Affordability and availability you sacrifice quality. That is socialism.
If you mix capitalism and socialism you get Affordability and quality [like canada] but sacrifice availability.
If you go our system you get quality and availability but sacrifice affordability.
Out of those 3 I will take quality every time.

Mexicans come to America because Mexico is a drug cartel run hellhole. Canadians have government run health care and none of them are hopping the border to get access to our sweet over-priced health care system.
