Tooth abscess. There's no pain like it. I put my foot through my bath panel while I was on the phone to an emergency dentist. They got me in that same day when they heard what I did.
Yeah, bastards. TEST me
But yeah, not fun. I would rather give birth 10x over than ever have any dental pain. -

The abscess was a result of teeth grinding and breaking and the dentist not giving a **** about my tmj nor taking it seriously until the damage was already done. How else do you think dentists in this country make money?

i would agree that dentistry has become enshittified by the scam healthcare system, as i have similar issues.
drain your abscess and stay away from things that irritate you until you spackle your cracks and plug your holes since the abscess is mainly from particles getting stuck in there.
obviously look into why you grind your teeth and your tmj. there's a good chance they are related because swelling seems to be the common factor in many of your issues.
and that sugar will get into your bloodstream and your saliva, which will cause toxic irritation until your body gets rid of it. it'll make it feel like you're passing a kidney stone through your jaw and you may get an infection. -

others earlier picked up on your amazingly poor spelling mistake in the title, so i'm not the first to highlight this. But some of the "most psychical" pain i''ve felt includes many FiBo posts AND certain song renditions on here, which really did some synaptic damage.
i'd say the most physical pain i've ever dealt with was in the military where 48+ hours of non-stop running, swimming- in definitely NOT bikini-friendly water & air temps conditions-, and physical training, caused every part of my body to hurt and hurt bad
