Not that I am aware of. People without insurance can get a job programming. Thats what Dictator Joe said. Obama Care is also available to anyone that wants it. You just have to apply and Obama will give you free insurance.

The Senate on Monday passed a short-term government funding bill and sent it to the House, where a vote could come as early as Wednesday and everyone thanked President Trump.
The bill would fund the government through Jan. 30 and provide funding for some government agencies for the remainder of the fiscal year.
