Oddly enough Margo was just mentioning stuff that sparked some thoughts, and so here you go Benny (In no particular order - apart from the last!)
Laurence Olivier, Spencer Tracy, Cary Grant, David Niven, Harry Bellaver, David Farrar, Jack Lemon, Gregory Peck, Kenneth More, Robert Donat, Don Ameche, John Forsythe, George Reeves, Charlton Heston, John Kerr, Bela Lugosi, Basil Rathbone, Denholm Elliott, Jack Klugman, Tony Curtis, Yul Brynner and of course Eddie Boyce*!
But there's tonnes more, and that's before I go too far into cowboys, horror or wartime story actors

I'm a big fan of Quincy M.E., I think Sam should have carried the show after Jack left - but perhaps it was too soon for an Eastern heritage coroner to get the top job back then
