Thanks for your patience. I was able to look through your documents. I am amazed at seeing your efforts - really great thoughts on how evaporation could help lithium extraction. This is a highly ambitious effort and definitely shows your desire to help the US economy and mineral extraction in a global scale.
However, my assessment from my environmental chemistry background and solubility products of different ions (potassium, lithium, sodium, etc.) is that only evaporation and reactive precipitation cannot work for lithium extraction. The main reason is that the concentration of lithium in seawater is very low, even adding Na2CO3 would require a high amount of lithium ion to be present in the solution to make it enough saturated that Li would replace Na. Also, LiCO3 is not necessarily very insoluble. If you have experiments to back your calculations and concepts of lithium/strontium precipitation, I can look at it. In my opinion, if this were to work, you would need highly concentrated brine in terms of concentrating lithium first and then starting precipitation. That's why many modern technologies are required to extract lithium that include preconcentrating and enriching the solution with Lithium. Otherwise, competition with other ions like calcium and magnesium creates difficulty for this technology.
I am sorry that I am probably not cheering you with this assessment. But I have to be honest in discussing what I think is feasible.

Obviously I am not yet ready to share mine or the professors name yet. Though I suppose it is inevitable that people will learn it. I consulted further with the AI's, I am using both Grok & GPT now. At first they disagreed which is always good but by making them cross check each other's results we nailed down the issue. Calcium and magnesium. I have to remove those first or they foul up the works. I had considered harvesting them before but it wasn't economical. Now it seems to be necessary. The AI's assure me it requires only a minor modification since I had originally planned to harvest them anyway.

I will be doing zero experiments. I have no lab and no science training. I must rely of the academics to provide the validation. And yes I am woefully aware of the AI's shortcomings. I asked it for a flow plan for 66 lanes and it spat out a plan requiring 115. This is going to be a slow process.

academics can't do the science for you
they are just academics. they sit in a room pretending to be relevant while doing nothing of value. that's why this guy just simply responding with guesses and no conclusions whatsoever. even he mentioned he can't offer any real assistance without research data.
you need to submit to a proper lab researcher to do the research for you. if you want to make money from this invention, you'll need to pay for the lab and research yourself and have all your lab employees sign NDAs.

LOL! I haven't given him enough information to recreate it himself. Nor is he any where near as clever as I. He won't be able.to figure it out. I am too far ahead. I already have the provisional patent. And to refine it to the degree I have? And you'd have to invent a zero energy cooling device like i have. That idea in itself is highly patentable.
