Oswald didn't even hold a rifle pointed at JFK so that leaves paper targets and I dunno how good he was since it was probably made up if he hit the bulls eye.
As for Robbie same thing.
He could also be a patsy where they will make up how good of a shot he was at a rifle range.
If Rob actually did do it then obviously him.
