Why anyone would want to drastically mutulate their bodies that way to be a freak and a weirdo in the worst way to themselves.
I don't think they are mentally ill or at least not all of them.
The claim is this thing called, "Gender dysphoria," which comes down to just their feelings of it.
Nature does not make mistakes.
Humans do.
And to be a tranny is a mistake.
