Hey, question for any gun nuts out there:
What model is that pistol Hitler has throughout the movie?
It's seen in part 1 when he fires the shot when he enters the Beer Hall at the beginning of the putsch, when he gets to the Hanfstaengl home afterward, and when he threatens Geli's boyfriend the driver in part 2.
Any ideas? It looks like a semi-automatic, like some sort of weird Browning design, but with the barrel located on the lower part of the slide.

If I remember correctly, Hitler carried a Walther PPK in 7.65x17mm Browning SR (.32 ACP) chambering. That's probably the same type of gun you saw in this movie.

It was a Hugarian Frommer Stop pistol.

I read that the one his neice used was the same gun Hitler used in the bunker. I wonder where that weapon is now, some collector's item

^ Nope.
According to the police report, she shot herself with a Walther in 6.35mm (.25 ACP) - I haven't found the full report on the web yet (but I'm sure it's out there), so I don't know what exact model of Walther she used. Hitler OTOH comitted suicide with a PPK in 7.65 (.32 ACP).
