It seems like I'm always catching up. I never quite get better. Something happens, like it's on my schedule, but then each day each time it's not my fault. It take some time to go back to where you were a few weeks ago in some way. It's not just the food you eat, apparently, and things like physical activity..

Did you ever think I'm not doing something strenuous and suddenly it's not okay socially that day when I've been eating better and getting some regular physical activity?
Everyone complained about where they were at 18.

I said I would go back and do the good ballet school and gymnastics for teens in high school. What's not smart about that? I was in another ballet class and wanted more but had another day and did gymnastics with it. 12th grade, last year of high school. Meanwhile, I have other goals, like learning German online..
