Not there yet. Need to make arrangements to either obtain the full utility patent or find a patron willing to seek it and pay me a royalty. Then we lias with India to get the needed permissions. Then we line up investors and contractors.

as i see it, given my engineering background, it's one of those billion dollar ideas that may need 5 billion dollars invested in it before it even sees a dollar, if at all.
also, there's no incentive for anyone to invest in it from an investor side point if view.
you even said that you're more interested in making money. take that view and multiply it by 1000x and you'll better understand how venture capital works.
public organizations are only interested in control.
