For sure only two.
In fact Lycia Naff who played the three-breasted Mary in the 1990 version of Total Recall previously appeared in two episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation as Ensign Sonya Gomez.
The poor woman was flat-chested and when we see her with those magnificent mutant breasts they are much bigger than her real chest.

I found an article on Yahoo! in Spanish about Cecilia Narova. I cannot be sure if it's actually about the same person but the years have not been kind.
The article is like a candid interview about some aspects of her career as a vedette. The article is dated last year. It's very sad when we see some celebrities years after they have retired and they have aged poorly. Reminds me of the poor Bridget Fonda who also looks dreadful.
