Who is Drew Gordon and why does he/she hate Anna so much?

I have had my share of fights with Anna, and I can honestly say I don't hate her. Her habit of laughing loudly and unconvincingly is somewhat startling, but not grounds for hatred, or even dislike. She is even rather charmingly direct in her unbridled rage….
In fact, I have begun to think of it (rage-laughter) as a Bentley-effect. Most of the people I fight with seem to resort to it at some point. Poor Turda rage-laughed himself to death, as a matter of fact. Juan does it even in his sleep, as he dreams of the victories that elude him in the waking world.
So what fuels this particular Homeric battle? -
