so this GENISYS is new reboot? because on SALVATION and GENISYS when John met Kyle is completely defeerent story
It's a reboot. Story wise I think it's supposed to be an alternate universe. The T-5000 traveled to this new dimension, causing a friction in the timeline so instead of the events of the first movie happening the same way, the rest of GENISYS happens. But the new 2017 may also be a different universe because John Connor still exists as the T-3000, despite having never been born in this timeline. So I think the T-5000 is an inter-dimensional traveler, and took the corrupt John Connor to the new timeline created by Kyle. I have no idea why they did this. The movie is a mess. Skynet clearly won, so why they followed Kyle is never explained. One theory I like is Skynet isn't truly sentient and is only reacting to its programing to defend itself. So it may not know how to stop fighting, and deliberately find ways to continue the war.

Actually Terminator 3 is still canon in Genisys. They didn't need Kate because they only showed the future for less than 10mins. John is working!
No it isn't. Judgement Day happened in 1997 like it was originally. RISE OF THE MACHINES changed it to 2003.

No wonder nobody liked Genisys. It's the 5th movie, fu*k what that movie says. They are all canon.
Actually originally Judgement Day was never suppose to happen, because James Cameron was done after 2 movies.
You can't go from T2 to Genisys. It doesn't work that way. T3 actually has to be canon if you think about it. -

Aside from the appearance of a T-1000, it doesn't really follow the second film either.

In the movies opening with John and Kyle it does.
Maybe I'm forgetting. I can't remember the other connections to T2 aside from the T-1000.

T3 connects to T2. Genisys connects to T3, because how else did the bombs just fall? How else did John Conner become the leader of the resistance?
Also how did John Conner get the scar on his face? At least Salvation gave an explanation that a T-800 scratched his face.
So really they all kinda loosely fit anyway. It's like the writers of Genisys got lazy in the beginning and basically said..It just does. -

Skynet still initiated a nuclear war between the US and Russia. At least I think that's what the first movie was getting at.
John came out of hiding to rally survivors against the machines. Obviously with some knowledge about Skynet from his mother, he was able to lead them.
Just because they don't show it happen, doesn't mean what occurred in 2 and 3 is still canon. It's pretty clear when the first movie ended that the war is going to happen. If anything, T2's attempt to bring closure to the series was a massive cop out and a time paradox. Prevent the war, prevent time travel, prevent John Connor, prevent Skynet, etc.
GENISYS said Judgement Day occurred in 1997, but in T3 it was 2003. That alone proves GENISYS does not follow RISE OF THE MACHINES.

A wound from the war that was inevitable in the first movie, despite what T2 changed.

It is poor writing. They looked at T2, and borrowed some ideas, but otherwise ignored it entirely. Same thing happened with TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE 2 (1986) and TEXAS CHAINSAW 3D (2013). And the film-makers copped out again with the T-5000 being some kind of dimension traveling super being. So maybe the T-5000 had knowledge of creating the T-1000, and used it in the Genisys timeline. By this film's logic, T2 is likely set in a completely different universe.
