    1. Quints story of the USS Indianapolis. Three men around a table, getting to know each other. After filming it Spielberg knew he had a movie.
    2. Hooper finds out what happened to Ben Gardner. Spielberg wanted to film to have a "big scare." and he delivers with a perfectly composed scene, heightens the tension, putting Hooper in the Water with that big Shark somewhere out there, and your just waiting for something to happen and when it does..i jumped out of my seat.
i am glad that i saw Jaws in the Movie theaters in is original run in 1975, anyone who watched it at home in the living room on the big TV, misses the true experience. In the movie theatre Spielberg is in control, he knows the light are out in the movie theatre and you are a prisoner of your seat, at home the viewer is in a well lighted room far away from the immediate action. The movie magic is lost.
