Last year, Margarine Trailer Greene was claiming that the government controlled the weather. Why didn't Trump simply use those tools to divert the rain? Or he could have used the old Sharpie trick again and convinced his supporters (easily the most gullible people on the planet) that it was going to be sunny skies.
No, this sounds like more of his incessant whining.
