Neil is a pretty smart astrophysicist. He actually has credentials. Though, there are better people in his field. Where he shines is mainstreaming interest in science, which is important. I wouldn't put Gordon in the same boat as Neil.

I would, and did. Both are overrated. Ramsay has "credentials" too. It's interesting how you'll appeal to authority for one and disregard it for the other.

Grilled cheese is a **** sandwhich, so it makes sense. If people want slop, serve them slop. That's part of being a great chef, and Ramsay may be the best to ever do it.
