United States federal law title 8 subsection 1325 and 1326. This is the law. This law is protected by the supremacy clause found in article 4 Clause 2 of the US Constitution established that the constitution, federal laws and treaties are the supreme law of the land, this means that federal law prevails over state laws where there's a conflict ensuring a consistent legal framework across the nation. Title 8 has been the law since 1965. This law was made by democrats. It was signed into law by Democrat president Lyndon B Johnson. The ironic hypocrisy here is that President Trump is enforcing a law that was made by the democrats. Sanctuary status for states and cities is illegal it violates federal law!

And you'd be betting on the wrong horse.
You are confusing gaming with legislation.
Stay tuned and you'll see things won't come out the way you want.
LOL stay tuned to what? The law?
Just like when you bet on Kamala.
Yeah, this really is your worst trolling to date. -

You're embarrassing yourself.
You knew exactly what I meant by each of my statements, but you pretended otherwise.
What kind of mealy mouthed response do you think that is?
You don't even respect yourself.
Pathetic little boy, how old are you and do you still live with your momma? -

The Trump administration can maintain control of several thousand National Guard troops in California and continue to deploy them in Los Angeles, a federal appeals court ruled late Thursday, pausing a lower court ruling that determined President Donald Trump's federalization of the guardsmen was unlawful.
The ruling by a three-judge panel on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals keeps in place Trump’s directives authorizing the deployment of at least 4,000 California National Guard troops and several hundred Marines pending further litigation, even as state leaders cast the military presence as unnecessary and escalatory.
Well, that didn't last long. The ruling that relinquished control back to Newsome to allow his city to burn and allowing residents to interfere with federal workers carrying out their duties has been overturned, so the control of those National Guard is back in Trump's hands.
