unbelievable. these people need to be exterminated.
Portable chargers or power banks containing a lithium ion battery must be packed in carry-on bags. Spare lithium batteries, which include both power banks and phone chargers, are prohibited in checked luggage.

i always pack electronics etc with my personal bag.
I also always " gate check" my carry-on so it rides for free with checked bags. this new policy is going to create lots of delays when ppl have to dig through the carry on and remove stuff, if the bag is gate checked
