To be vulnerable is to expose yourself (not that way, perverts). Exposing yourself can be scary. Facing that is brave.
Being open about your emotions, fears, and weaknesses isn't unmanly, except by toxic standards. Doing so allows younto face them and overcome them. Denying emotion is either sociopathy or an unhealthy defense mechanism that doesn't allow for growth. -

Great. It's freeing. Everyone has their low points, and I've had my share, but overall, my approach to life is satisfying. It feels nice to not care what people think. Actually, a lot of the time when I'm least happy is when I'm trying to pander, and be more universally likable. Caring too much about what people think.
