My gawd. I was laid in bed last night and y'know when you do that thing with the lower half of your body where you kinda throw it to the side to get out of bed then jump up? Yah, I did that and popped every vertebrae in my lower back. Felt amazing, didn't think anything of it, and now today I can't move! Faaaaaak!
