The conditions are clearly mostly all bad, unless you go to school and get out it's better, like for women even.
Some people are at risk of homelessness- I guess diabetics go to the hospital if their parents are destitute and they are over 18/21.
I would say only a murderer would be thrown in an economically bad "jail-"
$100 or less housing in Ohio takes 4 years, now. "Cleveland." Otherwise, some Blacks or half Blacks have a baby and pay like $500 "rent." McDonald's can be stable but $7.50/hour in some states. Daycare is a big cost. School will come..
So, did anyone catch anything yet?

Why aren't all "thieves" virtual caught and put in jail?
People who are locked up for things that aren't like I was involved in a physical fight or I chose to steal something pre-planned-
