- Rich and powerful ( guy finds himself tied up in a chair and a gang enters asking him for the money he owes them for their share of the drug trafficking, man gets shot 1000 times from 10 different angles )
- Biggest dick in the world ( It becomes so big the guy loses all his blood from the rest of the body )
- Wants to see his family again ( Goes to hell )

Ah, but they are not able to change that which is eternal. We learn that in the second movie when the awaker tries to make a similar catch-all wish. She cannot just wish the Djinn away forever. (After all, what kind of movie would that be? It would be over in a matter of minutes.)

This discussion reminded me of a funny story:
An old man is sitting in a dark alleyway, he has no idea of who he is, how he got there or what is going on. Then suddenly, a genie appears before him and tells him "it is time for you to make your third wish". The man thinks for a while and realizes that there is one thing he wants right now above all else. He tells the genie that "I wish I knew who I was". Before granting his wish, the genie pauses, slightly confused telling the old man "interesting, that was your first wish". -

I've had this idea for a while someone wishes to have the power of a Djinn. They specify the power only, so they don't actually become a Djinn and end up confined, a la Jafar.
"Done!"
Then the person painfully discovers that the human body cannot handle the power of a Djinn, and they explode or melt or something. -

Basically the Wishmaster 5 needs:
Some kind of boob wish gone wrong.
That sex change one suggested on the first page.
A final battle between the Djinn and someone who wishes to become a Djinn.

I got a good 1:
a kid wishes to be the only child, so he gets more presents at christmas nd birthdays but he does not say "the only child of his family" just "an only child" so all the other children in the world dissapear!

I have one:
Someone would wish that we had a different president and Djinn would make himself the new president, therefore hearing everone's wishes in the whole world, therefore charging his red gem, and eventually conquering the world!

The easiest "screw the Djinn" wish would be to wish the Djinn had to wait 4 billion years to hear the next wish from the one who freed him. By then the sun would be exhausted, the earth all dead and the Djinn would have nothing to take overlol
The Djinn's have stated you can't wish against them directly because the prophecy circumscribes that angle of attack. The way I took that line was the prophecy takes precedence and overrules any wish against the Djinn. In other words, the prophecy prevents the Djinn from self destruction.
I do like the one about wishing to be a rival Djinn, then kicking his butt back into the stone. -

I'm Robin Morningstar (wikkipedia me, imdb me, google me, go ahead).
I have personally taken it upon myself to pitch a Wishmaster 5, so I figured I'd announce my presence here.
Seems the thread has died out and I'm a little late.
But I'm liking the Djin vs Djin angle, had a similar thought, although I'm not sure how it would fit into the story I'm crafting
Same with the sex change, but I'm having fun playing with it.
Some things I'll share so far from the spec script
"I want me and her to be together forever."
Bang. Siamese.
"I want to be able to fly."
Bang. They become a gargoyle and Djin's pet/assistant.
"I want to be inside her."
Bang. He gets cannibalised.
WISHER: I want her dead.
DJIN: Incredible. That's very direct. Very straight forward. Very I don't think this has ever happened to me before. Can you wish for that in a more round-about way, or put it nicely so I can Give me some inspiration here.
WISHER: I wish for infinite wishes.
DJIN: I have been around since before there was time, and no one has ever yet tried it. I need to savour this moment No.
