I'm pretty happy with the site the way that it is now. It kicks butt on every other movie-discussion site that is out there.
I did see something on a couple of other sites that I've never seen on IMDb or MovieChat that would be nice… Having a "Views" column for each thread.
Sometimes when I post something and nobody replies to it, I'm okay with that as long as people are at least "viewing" it (even if the viewer is just me over and over again).
And I'd like to be able to do URL-links without having to display the entire link (I remember that you told me that you were working on this a while back).
But other than that, I'm one happy camper! -

I'm excited too.
And I'm gonna try out your URL-thing-a-ma-bob. I knew it wouldn't take you long to get that done.
Today, MovieChat is bragging about getting bold, italics, quotes, and spoilers.
You had all that done months ago.
{And they still can't do colors…or images…or previews…or PMs…or IMDb-account-linking…or change the # of posts per page…or see the latest 200 posts…} -

I don't mind doing it manually as long as there is a way to do it. I'm just surprised that they didn't add colors along with it.
But what I'm really surprised about is that all of the old IMDb-message-boarders haven't found and embraced this site yet.
It looks and acts the same, and it's already got better features than IMDb ever had (like displaying the last 200 posts, the ability to post images, the ability to do links without having to display the entire URL, etc.)
You'd think they'd all have found it and be rejoicing in ecstasy by now! -

how about links to imdb page like Moviechat does - a link on the specific film board to the imdb page for that film:

also a delete post button? -

I told nimda he ought to include the imdb info on the page. They provide a simple API that'll give you the rating too. It's only about a line of code, if he ever wants to get on that.
