In the end, it is not so much about Russian people being killed. The Ukraine has already been doing that in Moscow and other cities near to Ukraine.
It is more about the Ukrainians hitting sensitive targets in Russia that have little to do with the Ukraine but more to do with Russia defending itself against NATO. -
