Epicyon Haydeni was the largest known species of canid; it is estimated to have had a body length of 2.4 m (7.9 ft), a shoulder height of 90 cm (35 in) and a body mass of approximately 100β125 kg (220β276 lb), with the largest known specimen weighing up to 170 kg.
Also known as the "bone crushing puppy" it is thought to have had a bite force up to 3 times that of a grey wolf, the largest species of puppy alive today.

Unfortunately this colossal puppy went extinct 7 million years ago but were it alive today it would be chasing jaguars up trees.
