Perhaps a caution while walking on the road, but anything above that is far too authoritarian and exactly what will get more people to rally against the government about.

I highly doubt the cops in Grand Rapids care about her stance on Trump's Venezuela policy.
“obstructing a roadway and failure to obey a lawful command” sound like much more likely reasons.
This is a perfect example of TDS, and how the news promotes it.
