Figs (there's some substance in fig seeds that can affect brain activity), herbal teas like chamomile and hibiscus, B vitamins, cholesterol-rich foods like eggs and dairy cream, excess fats in general, pepperoni, heavily hopped beer. I cut out all of those things almost entirely, and no longer have wild dreams. I mean, I still dream, but do not have intense dreams (or nightmares) like I used to.
