Sorry to have to burst your bubble on this one, Juan or Phaenon, but the SCOTUS pretty much ruled that a past or present POTUS gets immunity for anything and everything.
You may have missed that ruling when you were herding cattle with Paco and Jose out on the hacienda in Argentina, but Donnie The Diddler made sure that could happen. -
