Why "my body, my choice" is not a viable argument.

Morally speaking yes, but I don’t think there are actual laws set where a woman is not allowed to drink or smoke while pregnant (which is upsetting) If a pregnant woman of age went into a bar and asked for a drink I don’t believe they can turn her down based on discrimination laws. Its still “her body her choice” even if its morally wrong

This is really, conflating two unrelated sets-of-circumstances improperly for the sake of making a more unified –and perhaps stronger –argument.
The argument may sound stronger but is not necessarily correct.
After all, a good/bad decision a woman might make
during the course of her pregnancy
is not the same as any decision to become pregnant in the first place.

Abortion should be legal, but libs do really make some terrible arguments abut abortion.
"My body"
"It's not human"
"You're a man"
Ok, assholes. Just admit you're ok with ending a life.Be honest about it. -

they don’t say it’s “not human,” they say it’s “not a human being.”
Do you think you’re ending life whenever you jerk off with all the spermies dying in your hand?
Shows how retarded republitards are they don’t understand basic biology
