Re infection is bad for long covid, but the vaccine itself can also make long covid worse as per multiple people reporting that. Its because of the way the vaccine modulates your immune system, and in Long Covid, the immune system isnt deficient, its actually over active and dysfunctional.
The vax has been linked to cardiovascular side effects in previously healthy people. My transgender cousins best friend is a nurse, and shes super leftist, vegan, against having kids, basically the archetype of an upper middle class white lefty. I'm not criticizing her, just describing her so that people can see that even many liberals have seen the correlation. She told me at one my my cousins Christmas parties, that the vaccine has been linked to higher risk of cardiovascular issues, but that no one wants to talk about it. She still thinks its probably safe for most people, but she said that the suspicious correlations can't honestly be denied.
