Israel has a Law of Return which has loopholes that allow Israeli criminals to flee back to Israel and avoid extradition. "Oleh" is granted for anyone with at least one Jewish grandparent or marriage to a Jew.
There was a famous case in 1997 where Samuel Sheinbein murdered the boyfriend of a girl that he was infatuated with, and he even wrote down his plan before acting it out. He brutally stun-gunned, choked, stabbed, and beat her boyfriend to death, then used a power saw to cut off the victim's arms and legs and hid them in trash bags. He flew to Israel, claimed citizenship (which was granted), and Israel refused to extradite him back to the US.

And that was before Netanyahu lied under oath to Congress about the existence of WMDs in Iraq, leading to countless deaths on all sides and the destabilization of the entire region. Which of course led to more wars, migrant crises throughout the world, etc. Israel, of course, did not commit
their
troops to any of this.

"An Israeli government cybersecurity official was reportedly arrested recently by Las Vegas police and other authorities in Nevada who were conducting an undercover investigation aimed at online users seeking to sexually prey on children.
Tom Artiom Alexandrovich, 38, faces felony charges of luring a child with a computer for a sex act, alongside several other suspects who were apprehended during the two-week sting operation, the Las Vegas metropolitan police department said in a statement published on Friday. He has since been released from custody on $10,000 bail after an initial court appearance, records show, and returned to Israel."
