That is not an example I am asking about.
They are suggesting DEI to be used in a healthy way that is beneficial to all.
(If they actually implement it is yet to be seen.)
This is just a suggestion and actions are louder than words. And what I am asking for is actions.
Also, instead I am asking for an example where DEI was used as racial discrimination against Whites as we are being led to believe is happening in the Trumptard world.
A case which does not make it look like a weaponized term to scapegoat non whites.
I have yet to see one story of any DEI happening with actual discrimination showing proof that cannot be debated.

From what I have seen DEI is just a fear based racists way to ensure white privilege and superiority is still dominating by using manipulation with lies to create a hoax.
Taking away DEI removes those fears and restores a sense of fairness and balance for all.

Every time proof is asked for a Trump DEI claim Kamala is all what you Trumpers can come up with because you think it is obvious but there is no admission or proof that confirms she was a so called DEI hire.
If DEI is as bad as they make it seem then where are the victims of the alleged DEI policies which Trump keeps claiming there are?
