Emergency situation!

Very nice it was too. But I think the cooker has managed to break and so it turns out it is sort of a semi-emergency situation after all
An electric cooker (I know!) and none of the fuse box fuses are out and so perhaps the one in the plug. Odd though, one hob and nothing split

It gets worse Mark. It's a tiny cupboard kitchen too
Turns out the flat was a regular house back in the day. But with the advent of plumbing, gas, electricity and telephone it was updated to be modernised to the current legal standings. But somewhere along the way it got bought and turned into a student flat and so perfectly good rooms were turned into bedrooms. Which meant a proper kitchen/dining room got turned a bedroom and a cupboard got extended into a kitchen. So a windowless kitchen which is tiny and now without a working electric cooker
My downstairs neighbour bought his place and it looks great. But, mustn't grumble - it's still got all the charm that attracted me in the first place
