I think you can make your own jerky in the oven. I'm sure if you google it, they have some tips. Not sure how good it will be.

Dehydrators can be fairly cheap. Get one and then ask a butcher for eye of round, sliced into very thin strips. Then follow the same recipe I've already described or try out different marinades. Venison is way better though, if you can get your hands on it.

why is there a chicken on it? is it an ingridient in the Buffalo stuff? coz I thought that was buffalo, hence the name….
