That's the point. "We", collectively speaking, never had a problem before the alphabet community hijacked the work that was done over decades for acceptance. Gay and trans people have walked the world and blended in just fine. Acceptance was just fine until this extreme wing took over and corrupted what started out simply as wanting to blend in. Even my trans friends want to divorce themselves from this "movement".

Well, I wouldn't say never, but in recent history, yes. Acceptance for gay marriage was at 70%. I think it's gone done since, actually? I'd attribute that to the T ruining everything.Like we let men play women's sports, that defies common sense.
Blair White is like that. I forget exactly how he's worded it, but he's outright said he knows he's not a woman, he chooses to live this way. -

I think Blaire White has one of the most level heads in this whole situation. I defer to calling her "her" because she earned that right. She's against men in women's sports. She's against any form of transitioning children. She recognizes that they've gone too far.
You're right. Acceptance was way up across the board, but now, since the hijacking, people aren't just sick of the T group, but the agendas that this new group is pushing, which does include targeting children and this pronoun nonsense.

But any smart adult can tell the difference between basic human rights and over the top woke $hit.
The problem is these bigots are making scapegoats of the rest of us level headed gay people and using it as an excuse to continue or in some cases escalate their homophobia.
