Well yes and no. Im only worth $ 1.8 Million.
So yes because I never have to work again.
And no because in Nyc that's a paltry sum.
I live a very modest life. I just eat really well because I'm getting a fantastic return on my Capitol.
In terms of an interest rate.
I was extremely poor the first 4 decades of my life so I know what its like to go without. So yes I am in a much better position now than when I was in poverty.

I agree its a ****hole. No question. I was born and raised here though. Lived my whole life here.
Let's just say I do not intend to live my entire life here. Certainly not in Nyc.
Nyc became unlivable 10 years ago. Now its insane.
In 10 to 15 years it will be like Kurt Russell 's film.
So I am gonna get out of Nyc.
