The main point, that partisan assholes like you fail to accept, is that he's not a US citizen. He can be deported if we don't want him here. Now I know for sake of politics people like you want an MS13 gang member and woman beater in this country(so long as they're nowhere near you, obviously, your bleeding heart compassion goes only so far as someone else needing to deal with the consequences), but I don't. He's not a citizen, he's a career douchebag, and non-citizens, while still having some rights, he's not granted the same level of due process as regular Americans.
But you don't care about due process, this is partisan politics, you didn't seem to give a **** when a ton of January 6th rioters were shut away in solitary confinement for years without a trial.
