The photo in this news item that shows a big electrical fire reminds me of what it must be like to spend your last seconds in the electric chair. For some reason electrical fires seem worse than normal fires, like they would be hotter and quicker:

Please be more specific, explain how Heathrow Airport has been focusing on "social programs for unmitigated immigration rather than infrastructure".
What are these programs?
What improvements to their infrastructure could they have made to avoid this electrical fire and how do you know the reason they weren't implemented was because of their focus on "unmitigated immigration"?
