Withdrawal of Book from Hybrid Publisher?

After 24 months of repeated advertising on X and 0 sales, with my hybrid publisher having 0 sales as well despite his saying that he will put the book in every bookshop in London and in every church in London that has a bookstall - I don't think he has done that - I am considering withdrawing my book from his clutches on a technicality, namely that he is not living up to what he stated at first in writing. And also because his website and text appeared unauthorised in my searches for a traditional publisher in East London, and lured me in.
The people here at Film Boards probably know that should he decline to let me go it will have no affect on my procedure of looking for a traditional publisher again.
I will have to revert to the version that is unedited for grammar, edit it myself, and then change the title (as someone here suggested) to 'Idolatry - What it is and What it is not'. That sounds better I think.
It might take a court hearing to enable me to withdraw it.

Even Syed was able to sell some copies of his pamphlets.
He was often distraught that they wouldn't let him access his funds from the sales, allegedly $1500, enough to make him very rich by his standards. I found it hilarious.

Lol. As my cut of any sales is 20%, I would give two thirds of that to God and keep only a third for myself just to buy some coloring pens and that. So as many people have read my adverts with variable text and have clicked the link, but have not bought, they are in effect robbing God.
I will gain nothing from a sale excepting the sure knowledge that my book will set someone free.
