Noah also took seven people with him on the Ark (or it might be seven people including him). It is not written if he took any insects on it, or any fish, in which case he would have had to have tanks for them. It is probable that all these pairs of animals and birds would have been early in their species otherwise he wouldn't have had room to fit them all in.
