I miss going to Wal-Mart at 2 AM for an ice cream

I would get the Snickers ice cream bar, an ice cream sandwich, or a cookie ice cream sandwich.
Walmart used to have those tiny little cups of Ben and Jerry's that were like 4 ounces. Haven't seen those in a long time.

i used to go at 2 AM and sit in the lawn furniture department, eating snacks and reading magazines

If I'm buying a tub of ice cream I usually get Neapolitan, and some wafer cones for my daughter.
When I would buy a few groceries at 2 AM I would get just one ice cream bar and eat it before going home.

Go to Walmart or any other store during the day and buy all of the ice cream you want for those 2:00 AM cravings.

Hardly anyone one seems to get it.
Walmart used to be open 24 hours and they had single servings of ice cream in the freezer section. I would get some groceries late at night, buy ONE ice cream bar, enjoy it, and go home. An impulse buy. I do not want a whole box of ice cream bars in the freezer at home tempting me. If someone has an impulse to buy candy while checking out, do they buy 10 of them? Not likely. I sometimes get a Twix bar when done shopping but I guess I miss the ice cream!
